The world's first drone capable of installing bird diverters on high-voltage power lines. By fusing UAV and mechatronic systems we created a unique device resistant to high voltage.
Development on both hardware and software sides ensured that the drone behaves stably in close proximity to electromagnetic fields.

Second generation drone capable of installing bird diverters on high-voltage power lines. After experience with the BDC-X8 we approached the next generation differently. We made the drone smaller, lighter and simplified the diverter installation mechanism. This increased the device's work efficiency as well as its range of use. The smaller drone can operate in even harsher terrain conditions.
The device has been commercially deployed in several EU states and the USA.
